I thought of sharing a soup made at weddings in our Hatay region.
First we are going to make the ravioli, but if you want, you can make them with already prepared ravioli, or if you have already prepared ravioli in the freezer, you can take them with them.
We knead the dough for the ravioli, it will be a little hard dough, let’s prepare the inside, cut the onion into the minced meat, add the tomato paste, mix, open the dough and cut it at a right angle, put the minced meat in it and close it to close the ravioli.

We put the boiled water or broth in the pot, we put our rice in it, we put it to boil, we add the boiled chickpeas, we put the ravioli that we have made, we put the oil and the small dough that we have prepared in the pan and we fry it, then put the tomato paste and fry it, put the dried mint in it, turn off the heat, pour the sauce into the boiling soup and pour some more.Let’s turn off the heat when it boils.
It’s a bit of a challenging soup, but it’s just as delicious.
