Definition of vegetable milk soup

Dice the onion, carrot, zucchini, potato, broccoli and garlic and put them in the pot. Add water and boil until vegetables are soft. When it is boiled, we crush it with the help of a blender until it becomes a puree.

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and fry the flour. Add the milk and mix well so that the flour does not clump. We add our vegetable and vegetable purées to the pot according to the consistency of the water that we boiled. (If the consistency is thick, add a little more water, according to your taste) Let’s adjust the salt and pepper.
We mix it to the middle until it boils and turn off the heat 5 minutes after it boils.
