Tomato soup with parsley and rice


Ingredients for Tomato, Rice and Parsley Soup Description

Onion and bell pepper are finely chopped. It is lightly cooked with oil, then the tomato paste is added, it is fried a little, then the tomatoes are added and cooked for ten minutes over low heat and blended with a blender until smooth. Washed and drained rice is added and after the rice is cooked, parsley, salt and pepper are added and it is cooked a little more. If the rice is too dark after cooking, you can add one more measure of water and boil it one more time. (You can serve with grated cheddar cheese, if desired)
