- 1 cup of red lentils
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 6-7 spinach leaves
- 5 glasses of water
- Salt

All the utensils are washed, chopped, put in the pot and cooked by adding salt. When the vegetables are soft, they are crushed with a mixer. Let stand over low heat for 5 minutes until the soup thickens. Served with lemon and chili oil (optional).
