This healthy beetroot juice cocktail is delicious and enjoyable to drink. A lot of people are consuming beetroot juice mocktail these days. For such a perfect drink, making a beet juice cocktail is quick and easy. Beets go great with orange, so you can use fresh orange juice instead of lemon juice. Honey can be replaced with sugar or a random sweetener.

To make a healthy beetroot juice cocktail


  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice or orange juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar or honey
  • 1/4 cup raw beets, unpeeled and finely grated
  • 6 glasses of water


  1. Wash the beet very well. There is no need to peel.
  2. Grate with a grater or food processor.
  3. Squeeze the lemons into a glass.
  4. Put the grated beetroot, lemon juice, sugar and 1 (one) glass of water in the blender and blend.
  5. Beets will never be completely smooth. Use a fine strainer to strain into a pitcher.
  6. Add 5 cups of water, mix and taste. If sugar is low, it can be added.
  7. Chill and serve.


A note of caution though, beet juice can turn urine red. So don’t be afraid if this happens. This is completely normal and there is no harm. Once deleted from your system, they will return to their normal color.
