Ingredients for Yogurt Soup Description
- 1 cup of medium yogurt
- 1 handful of noodles
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 and a half tablespoons of chicken broth
- 6 glasses of water

- 1 tablespoon mint
- 2 butter spoons

Put the water in the pot and bring it to a boil.
Let’s put the noodles into the boiling water and cook until the noodles are soft. In another bowl, put the yogurt, egg yolk and chicken broth and beat. Slowly pour the mixture we made into the noodle. Let it stir until it boils. After it starts to boil, we leave it on low heat for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Put the butter in the pan and melt it. Let’s add mint. Fry the mint over low heat for 1-2 minutes without burning it. Put the Yogurt Soup on the serving plate and pour the butter mixture over it.
The yogurt soup is ready to serve.
