First of all, we grate our tomatoes in a bowl. Then we put the bottom of our stove over medium heat, put our solid oil in the pot and wait for it to heat up. Of course, be careful not to burn 🙂 Put the grated tomato and chicken broth in the hot oil. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring. Then we add 5 glasses of water and mix it.
