Ingredients for the Definition of Meatball Soup with Bulgur and Yogurt

  • 1 bowl of fine bulgur wheat
  • hot water for soaking

  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of flour

  • Half tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint

Definition of meatball soup with bulgur and yogurt

Sterile bulgur is soaked as if soaked. Add salt, flour and semolina. It is expected to swell for 10 minutes.
