Definition of Chicken Corn Chowder

We take the chicken thigh in a pot and add water and bring it to a boil. Then we let it cool down. When it cools, we crush it and prepare it for the soup. On the other hand, put 3 tablespoons of flour in a saucepan and fry for 3-4 minutes until the smell disappears. We add 6 cups of chicken water little by little and mix it, beating with the help of a whisk so that the flour does not agglomerate. Then we add the shredded chicken meat and corn, let it boil, and after it boils, we boil it for 5 more minutes over low heat. Add lemon vinegar and salt and serve when the first temperature rises.

It is not necessary to boil too much, because the ingredients are cooked, boiling for 5 minutes is enough. I didn’t use any oil, the chicken was very oily, you can add butter or oil if you want. Enjoy your meal :))
