Chicken Noodle Soup Definition

The thighs are boiled with a little more than 2 liters of water and a little salt. After the thighs are boiled and cooled a bit, separate the meat from the bone and cut it into small pieces. Take the oil and butter in the pan. After the butter melts, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour and fry it. We add the garlic. If the smell of garlic begins to come out, add the meat and fry it together. Add the boiling water mixing it. Add mint, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin and noodles and simmer until noodles soften. Enjoy your meal.

Note: I do this often in cold weather, I added noodles for the first time. It was amazing with pita bread and a squeeze of lemon juice on the side.
