Ingredients for Burnt Barley Soup Description
- 1 and a half teaspoons of barley noodles
- 6 cups of hot water
- 2 butter spoons
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup and a half of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 small can of corn

Burnt Barley Soup Definition
We are going to fry the barley noodles until golden brown in the butter, without burning :). Then add the hot water and let it boil slowly on low. Peel the carrots, cut them into small cubes and fry them in 2 tablespoons of oil. Let’s add the flour into the yogurt and whisk it properly, then add the boiling water from our soup to the yogurt and mix a few more times, then add our seasoning to the soup. After boiling for a minute or two, you can add the roasted carrots and corn, add as much salt as you like, boil for ten minutes, and serve garnished with parsley.
