Burnt Barley Soup Definition

We are going to fry the barley noodles until golden brown in the butter, without burning :). Then add the hot water and let it boil slowly on low. Peel the carrots, cut them into small cubes and fry them in 2 tablespoons of oil. Let’s add the flour into the yogurt and whisk it properly, then add the boiling water from our soup to the yogurt and mix a few more times, then add our seasoning to the soup. After boiling for a minute or two, you can add the roasted carrots and corn, add as much salt as you like, boil for ten minutes, and serve garnished with parsley. It is a rich and different soup, enjoy your meal now. 😉 I hope you like it. 😉
